My Mother taught this simple paneer fry

When I make paneer masala at home, I usually prepare fresh paneer by myself. Making paneer at home is very easy and does not take much time. The taste of fresh paneer is always better and makes the dish more delicious. But if I am busy or don't have enough time, I simply buy paneer from the shop. Both ways work well, but homemade paneer always feels special.

 




Ingredients:-

  • Paneer - 250 gram (Soak diced paneer in turmeric with little salt water for 10 minutes)

  • Tomato - 1 

  • Onion - 1

  • Salt-  ¼ tsp

  • Kulambu chili powder -1 tsp

  • Fennel powder - 1 tsp

  • Curry Leaves - Little

  • Grind Coconut with fennel seed to make masala - 4 tbs

  • Groundnut oil or Sesame oil for cooking - 1 or 2 tbs


 how to do:-

    1. Heat the Dosa pan with oil add curry leaves, once curry leaves are fried well add Chopped onion and tomato .Saute for 2 minutes in medium flame then add salt masala powder in simmer.



  2. Now add coconut paste and saute for 5 minutes.

  









3.Then add Paneer in pan and fry in Masala for 10 minutes in medium flame .

    








4.Now it's ready to serve with rasam rice
