1.What is sprouted green moong dal?

Green moong dal is a type of lentil,  sprouted, which refers to whole moong beans which have been sprouted. It is more nutritious than normal moong dal .


2. What are the benefits of green moong dal sprouted?

Ingredients:-

Sprouted moong dhal - 1 cup

Green chillies-2

Ginger - small pieces

Cumin -1 tsp

turmeric powder

Salt

big onion-1( chopped)

Carrot-1 (chopped)

pepper powder 1 tsp

curry leaves

Jowar flour -¼ cup

Ajwain -1 tsp


 how to do:-

1. In the mixie jar add 1 cup of moong dal sprouted along with green chilli , Ginger ,cumin seed, turmeric powder,  salt and and very little water to graind coarsely.And keep aside.

2. Now add the chopped vegetables ie., green chillies pepper powder, curry leaves in the green moong and mix it like adai batter.


3. Finally Add the jowar flour and ajwain in the moong dal mix well .Adjust the adai batter thickness with the jowar flour .Jowar flour ratio is not needed to mix this adai, this jowar flour give more taste .Just mix the flour to make the adai shape properly . 









4. Now keep the dosa pan and heat well then keep stove in medium flame spread a little oil and make like adai roast both side and enjoy with onion or cucumber raita.
