 Healthy Beetroot with coconut milk Juice

About Beetroot juices :-

Today i am sharing healthy beetroot juice without sugar , for sweetness already beetroot is having much sweetness so i am skipping sweet for this juice. Adding coconut milk gives much tasty and beetroot is heat we can combine this coconut flavour and it gives much yummy.

Health benefits of beetroot : -

  1. Beetroot is rich in Antioxidants ,

  2. helps to glow your face

  3. it helps to keep heart healthy ,

  4. improve blood counts,

  5. keeps bone strong and

  6. keep blood pressure normal .

How to Make :-

This juice can prepare quickly in 15 minutes . If you want sweetness you can add sugar. But skipping sugar for this juice is very healthly. Also you can take this juice at morning time after the food is health. Don't drink juice in empty stomach.


Ingredients:

1 cup beetroot

1 cup coconut

2 cup water

little ice cubes

1 banana (Optional)

1/4 tsp cardamom


How To do:

1. First keep the fresh beetroot in water for 1 hour and wash and dice

into small pieces.

2. If you have coconut water you Can add this to give it much

sweetness.

3. Add cardamom powder this give a tasty flavour for this juice

4. After adding a beetroot and coconut (grated) then add 1 cup of

water.

7.After the 1st 1 cup of water you will grinded with thick juice.

Then at last add again 1 cup of water do it again to grind.

8. Now strain the juice and enjoy with little ice cubes.

Note: Drink juice if you prepare immediately , keeping long hours  

juice (coconut milk) makes sour taste . Or store in the fridge and

drink .
